Trust and Safety on ReallyYou: 18+, Verified Creators, Clear Rules

July 27, 2026 · ReallyYou

A platform where fans fund custom content only works if both sides can trust it. Here's how ReallyYou is built to earn that — concretely, not as a slogan.

Strictly 18+

ReallyYou is an adult platform, and access is strictly 18+. Age requirements apply to everyone: fans confirm their age and accept the terms at signup, and creators go further — through full identity verification.

Every creator is identity-verified

Before a creator can publish anything on ReallyYou, they complete identity verification (KYC). No anonymous uploads, no unverified accounts publishing content. This is the foundation the rest of the platform's safety rests on:

  • Fans know the person behind a profile has been verified as a real, adult person.
  • Content rules are enforceable, because accounts are accountable.
  • Impersonation has a short lifespan and a clear takedown path.

Public content rules, applied consistently

Our Content Rules are public. They define what can and cannot be posted or requested on the platform. ReallyYou is deliberately kink-inclusive — the rules exist to draw the real lines (consent, legality, safety), not to police taste.

Requests get the same treatment as videos: a request that asks for something outside the rules doesn't get funded, it gets removed.

A real reporting path

Anyone — including people who aren't users — can report content through the report page. Reports of content involving someone depicted without their consent are treated with priority. Takedown and copyright processes (DMCA) are documented and reachable from every page footer.

Money handled predictably

  • Clear pricing: creators set their prices; what you see is what you pay. Joining is free.
  • No blind buys: every video has a public trailer before you unlock.
  • A written refund policy: once you've unlocked and watched a video, sales are final — except when you couldn't access it, we removed it, or it materially misrepresents what was described.
  • Creators keep 80% of each transaction; the platform fee is 20%, stated plainly in the Terms.

Privacy by design

Fans back requests and unlock videos without exposing themselves publicly beyond their platform identity. Private offers are delivered only to the buyer. And the platform's legal pages spell out what data is processed and why.

Why this matters more on a request platform

On an upload-only platform, trust mostly protects the buyer. On ReallyYou, fans initiate content with money attached — so trust has to run both directions: creators need to know funded requests are real and within the rules; fans need to know answers come from verified adults and previews are honest. Every mechanism above serves that two-way guarantee.
