1. What these rules are

These rules say what may and may not exist on ReallyYou. They apply to everything on the Platform — published videos, trailers, thumbnails, profiles, titles, descriptions, tags, requests, offer briefs, messages and support conversations — and they apply to Fans and Creators alike. They form part of our Terms of Use and of the Creator Services Agreement. This document replaces our previous Community Guidelines.

If you see something that breaks these rules, report it. How to do that is set out in our Reporting, Takedown and Complaints Policy.

2. Two rules that come before all the others

Everything on this Platform depends on two facts being true about every person who appears in it. There is no exception to either, and no context in which either can be waived.

1. Every person depicted is an adult. Everyone appearing in content must have been at least 18 years old when it was recorded, and their age must be verifiable from documents the Creator holds.
2. Every person depicted has consented. Everyone appearing must have given informed, documented, freely-given consent both to the content being recorded and to it being published and distributed on this Platform.

If either fact cannot be established, the content does not belong here — and if it is already here, it is removed. We do not require proof that a rule was broken before acting; the absence of proof that these two facts are true is itself sufficient reason to remove content.

3. Content that is never permitted

The following results in immediate removal, permanent termination of the account, and where the law requires it, a report to the competent authorities. We preserve the evidence and cooperate fully with law enforcement.

3.1 Minors

• Any sexual content depicting, involving or appearing to involve a person under 18, whether real, drawn, animated, or generated
• Content in which any depicted person's adult age cannot be established from records the Creator holds
• Scenarios, titles, tags, descriptions or search terms presenting an adult performer as a minor, or that use terminology associated with the sexualisation of children — this applies even where every performer is demonstrably an adult
• Sexualised content involving a real, identifiable child in any context

3.2 Content made or shared without consent

• Intimate images or video published without the consent of everyone depicted, including content shared to humiliate or punish a former partner
• Recordings made covertly — hidden cameras, upskirting, recordings in changing rooms, bathrooms or any place where a person expects privacy
• Content depicting a person who is unconscious, asleep, or so intoxicated or otherwise incapacitated that they could not consent
• Synthetic or manipulated sexual content depicting a real, identifiable person who has not consented to it, including face-swaps and generated likenesses
• Content where consent was never obtained, cannot be evidenced, was obtained by deception or pressure, or has since been withdrawn

Consent can be withdrawn. If a person who appears in content tells us they no longer consent to it being published, we remove it. See section 4 of our Reporting, Takedown and Complaints Policy.

3.3 Coercion, trafficking and exploitation

• Content produced through trafficking, coercion, force, blackmail, debt bondage or the exploitation of a person's vulnerability
• Content advertising, arranging or facilitating any of the above
• Using the Platform to recruit, advertise or arrange commercial sexual services offline, or any other transaction that is unlawful where it takes place

3.4 Violence and other prohibited acts

• Rape, sexual assault, or the depiction of sexual activity presented as non-consensual
• Sexual content involving animals
• Sexual content involving a corpse
• Sexual content depicting incest, real or portrayed
• Acts causing serious injury, permanent harm or risk to life, and content presenting serious harm as erotic
• Content depicting or promoting self-harm or suicide

4. Content that is not allowed

The following is removed, and repeated or serious instances lead to suspension or termination:

• Content you have no right to publish — anyone else's video, images or music, and content taken from another platform or Creator. See our Copyright Policy.
• Exposing someone's private information — real names, addresses, phone numbers, workplaces, identity documents, or any other information that could identify or locate a person, whether they are a user or not.
• Hate speech — attacking or dehumanising people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, gender identity or sexual orientation.
• Harassment — targeted abuse, threats, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact with a Creator or another user.
• Impersonation — presenting yourself as another person, Creator or organisation.
• Fraud and deception — misleading descriptions, fake previews, content that materially differs from what a Fan paid for, phishing, and scams.
• Illegal goods and services — offering or advertising drugs, weapons, stolen data or other unlawful goods.
• Spam — bulk, repetitive or automated posting, and content whose purpose is to drive traffic elsewhere.
• Malicious code — anything intended to compromise a device or an account.

5. Conduct rules for everyone

• Do not attempt to move a transaction off the Platform to avoid our fees or our safety checks.
• Do not download, screen-record, re-upload or share content you have paid to access. It is the Creator's copyright and doing so is theft from them.
• Do not ask a Creator to make anything that would break these rules. Requests and offer briefs are subject to these rules exactly as published content is, and a request for prohibited content is itself a violation.
• Do not share your account, sell it, or let anyone else use it.
• Do not evade our checks — no falsified verification documents, no accounts created to get around a ban, no attempt to defeat moderation, age checks or access controls.
• Respect a Creator's stated boundaries. No means no here as it does everywhere.

6. Additional obligations for Creators

Before you publish anything, you must:

• have completed identity and age verification, and accepted the Creator Services Agreement;
• hold, for every person appearing in the content, a copy of their government-issued photo identification and a signed release recording their consent to the content being created and published on this Platform, including their legal name, any names they perform under, their date of birth, and the date of recording;
• provide those records to us on request, and — where we require it before publication — through the Platform's performer release process;
• own the rights to everything in the content, including any music;
• describe and tag the content accurately, so Fans know what they are paying for;
• deliver what you accepted, within the delivery period you committed to.

7. Payment network requirements

Our card acquirers and the card networks impose their own rules on adult platforms, and we are bound by them. In addition to everything above, this means we must be able to demonstrate, for any piece of content, that every depicted person was a verified adult who consented; that we act on complaints within seven business days; and that a person depicted in content can challenge its publication and have it removed where consent cannot be shown. Content that a card network prohibits is removed regardless of whether it is lawful.

8. How we review content

Content becomes visible when processing finishes, and is reviewed by our moderation team afterwards and whenever it is reported. We do not review every upload before publication. Reports about a person under 18, or about intimate content published without consent, are escalated immediately and ahead of the queue.

Depending on what we find, we may:

• leave the content in place;
• restrict who can see it, or age-gate or geo-restrict it;
• remove it;
• warn, suspend or permanently terminate the account;
• withhold or reverse payouts connected to the content;
• report it to the competent authorities.

What we do depends on how serious the breach is, whether it was deliberate, and whether it has happened before. Breaches of section 3 always result in permanent termination.

Whenever we restrict content or an account, we tell the person affected what we did, why, and how to challenge it. You can appeal any decision — including a decision not to act on your report — under our Reporting, Takedown and Complaints Policy.
