1. Compliance Commitment

ReallyYou is committed to full compliance with 18 U.S.C. §2257 and the regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75, which govern record-keeping requirements for producers of actual sexually explicit content. Although our company is based in Cyprus (European Union), we voluntarily maintain compliance with these U.S. federal requirements to ensure all content on our Platform involves only consenting adults.

2. Age Verification Statement

All persons depicted in any actual sexually explicit conduct on this Platform were at least 18 years of age at the time the visual depictions were created.

We maintain zero tolerance for any content that depicts, suggests, or involves individuals under 18 years of age. Any such content will be immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

3. Platform Status

ReallyYou operates as an interactive computer service and user-generated content platform. We are NOT the primary producer of content uploaded by users. All visual content is created and uploaded by independent third-party Creators who control production.

Under 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(2), we may be considered a secondary producer for hosting content. Accordingly, we:

• Require age and identity verification for all Creators before they can upload content
• Require Creators to maintain 2257-compliant records for all content they produce
• Maintain verification records confirming Creator identity and age verification dates
• Make records available through our Custodian of Records

4. Creator Record-Keeping Obligations

Every Creator who uploads sexually explicit content is deemed the producer of that content and is responsible for maintaining records as required by 18 U.S.C. §2257, including:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID) for every individual depicted in explicit content, verifying they were 18+ at time of production
• Full legal name of each performer
• All aliases, stage names, and professional names used by each performer
• Date of birth of each performer
• Date of production for each piece of content
• Signed model release/consent form from each performer
• Cross-reference index linking performer names to content identifiers

Creators must maintain these records for 7 years from content creation or 5 years after cessation of producing content, whichever is later.

5. Custodian of Records

The records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept by:

6. Foreign Producer Certification

As a platform based outside the United States, pursuant to 28 C.F.R. §75.9(c)(3), we certify that we have taken reasonable steps to confirm that all performers depicted in sexually explicit content on this Platform were not minors at the time the depictions were originally produced. These steps include:

• Mandatory government ID verification for all Creators before content upload is permitted
• Contractual representations and warranties from Creators regarding performer ages
• Good-faith review of content for any indication of underage participants
• Automated and manual content moderation systems
• Random audits requesting 2257 documentation from Creators

7. Content Labeling

In compliance with 28 C.F.R. §75.8, all sexually explicit content on this Platform is labeled as adult content. Creators are required to appropriately tag explicit content during upload. The 2257 compliance statement link appears on every page where sexually explicit visual depictions appear.

8. Prohibited Content

In addition to the absolute prohibition on content involving minors, we prohibit:

• Content suggesting underage participants (including roleplay scenarios implying minors, even if all performers are adults)
• Content with unverified performers
• Any falsification of age or identity records

Violations result in immediate content removal, permanent account termination, and referral to law enforcement.

If you become aware of any content on this Platform that you believe involves an underage person or otherwise violates these standards, report it immediately to:
