1. Respect for Intellectual Property

ReallyYou respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) and respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on our Platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA Agent containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. Identification of the infringing material and its location on our Platform (URL)
4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed content and its former location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number
5. A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the courts in Cyprus or your local jurisdiction
6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content.

5. Repeat Infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512(i).
