1. Purpose

These Community Guidelines establish standards for content and behavior on ReallyYou. All users must comply with these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

2. Absolutely Prohibited Content

The following content is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN and will result in immediate removal, permanent account termination, and reporting to law enforcement where applicable:

2.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Any content depicting, suggesting, or involving individuals under 18 in sexual contexts. This includes:

• Real or realistic computer-generated imagery
• Roleplay scenarios suggesting underage participants (even if all performers are adults)
• Any content sexualizing minors in any way

2.2 Non-Consensual Content

Any content created or distributed without the consent of depicted individuals, including:

• "Revenge porn"
• Hidden camera recordings
• Deepfakes of real individuals without consent

2.3 Sexual Violence

Content depicting rape, sexual assault, or any non-consensual sexual activity.

2.4 Extreme Content

• Bestiality/zoophilia
• Necrophilia
• Incest (real or simulated)
• Extreme violence causing serious bodily harm

2.5 Human Trafficking

Any content that facilitates, promotes, or depicts human trafficking or sexual exploitation.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited and will be removed:

• Hate Speech: Content attacking individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Harassment: Bullying, stalking, doxxing, or targeted abuse of individuals.
• Illegal Activities: Content promoting or depicting illegal drug use, weapons trafficking, or other criminal activity.
• Self-Harm: Content promoting or glorifying suicide or self-injury.
• Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized use of copyrighted material (music, videos, images).
• Fraud and Scams: Deceptive schemes, phishing, impersonation, or false advertising.
• Spam: Repetitive, unsolicited, or misleading content.
• Malware: Content containing viruses or malicious code.

4. Content Requirements for Creators

All Creators must:

• Verify identity and age through our KYC process before uploading content
• Ensure all individuals depicted in content are 18+ and have provided consent
• Maintain 2257-compliant records for all explicit content
• Own rights to all content uploaded or have appropriate licenses/permissions
• Accurately describe and tag content
• Fulfill accepted requests as described

5. Behavioral Standards

All users must:

• Treat other users with respect
• Communicate honestly and in good faith
• Respect Creator boundaries and preferences
• Not attempt to circumvent Platform systems or security measures
• Not share account credentials or access
• Not redistribute or share purchased content

6. Payment Card Network Requirements

In compliance with Mastercard and Visa regulations, we additionally prohibit:

• Deepfake pornography without documented consent
• Content using terminology suggesting child exploitation
• Content marketing that suggests non-consensual activities

7. Reporting Violations

To report content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

• Use the "Report" button on any content or profile

• For urgent matters involving minors or violence: compliance@reallyyou.com

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team and actioned according to these Guidelines.

8. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Content removal
• Warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent termination
• Reporting to law enforcement

Severity of action depends on the nature and frequency of violations.
